Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Lowveld Bridal Expo (the "Event"), proudly hosted and organized by Lily Bell Bridal. By purchasing a ticket, entering the venue, or participating in any competitions, giveaways, or activities associated with the Event, you (the "Attendee", "Visitor", or "Participant") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Liability and Indemnity (Injuries, Loss, or Damage)

  • Limitation of Liability: Lily Bell Bridal, its owners, employees, organizers, volunteers, and the venue hosts accept no responsibility or liability for any personal injury, illness, death, medical expenses, or accident sustained by any Attendee while attending the Event, or while entering/leaving the premises.
  • Loss or Damage to Property: Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, and vehicles. Lily Bell Bridal will not be held liable for the loss, theft, hijacking, damage, or destruction of any personal property belonging to attendees within the venue or parking areas.
  • Vendor Interactions: Lily Bell Bridal acts strictly as the event host and platform for independent wedding vendors. Any transaction, agreement, contract, or interaction between an Attendee and a third-party vendor at the Expo is strictly between those two parties. Lily Bell Bridal is not responsible for any financial loss, poor service, or breach of contract by independent vendors.

2. Goodie Bag Giveaway

  • Eligibility: The first fifty (50) Brides-to-be to arrive and check-in at the Event registration desk will receive a complimentary Goodie Bag.
  • Exclusions: Goodie Bags are strictly limited to the individual Bride-to-be only. Entourage members, family, friends, grooms, or general public attendees accompanying the bride are explicitly excluded from receiving a Goodie Bag, regardless of arrival time.
  • Availability: Goodie Bags are distributed on a strict first-come, first-served basis while stocks last (capped at 50). Lily Bell Bridal is not obligated to provide alternative gifts or compensation once the allocation is finished.

3. Main Prizes & Lucky Draws

  • Prize Capping: There are exactly two (2) Main Prizes available, which will be awarded to two (2) distinct, unique lucky winners.
  • Right to Amend: Lily Bell Bridal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to alter, amend, change, or substitute the prizes, their advertised values, specifications, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.
  • Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or alternative services.
  • Draw Rules: Winners will be drawn randomly. Specific criteria for the draw (e.g., must be present at the time of the draw, or filled out a specific entry form) will be announced on the day of the Event. The organizers' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. Vendor Vouchers and Promotional Offers

  • Vendor Autonomy: Any vouchers, discount codes, or promotional offers distributed at the Expo are subject entirely to the terms, conditions, and discretion of the specific third-party vendor issuing them.
  • No Guarantee: Lily Bell Bridal cannot control, guarantee, or mandate which vendors choose to offer vouchers, the value of those vouchers, or if vouchers are provided at all.
  • Redemption: Lily Bell Bridal holds no liability or responsibility regarding the fulfillment, expiration dates, validity, or subsequent redemption of any vendor vouchers.

5. General Event Rules & Right of Admission

  • Right of Admission Reserved: Lily Bell Bridal and the venue management reserve the right of admission to the Event. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
  • Media and Photography: By entering the Event, Attendees grant Lily Bell Bridal the right to capture and use their likeness in photographs, video recordings, or digital media for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation or prior approval.
  • Event Changes: Lily Bell Bridal reserves the right to reschedule, change the venue, or alter the Event hours due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or logistical requirements.

6. Online Ticket Sales Cutoff

  • Sales Cutoff Deadline: Online ticket sales strictly close at 17:00 on Friday, 7 August 2026. No online ticket bookings or pre-reservations will be processed after this deadline. Any remaining tickets will be available for purchase at the entrance gate on the day of the Event.
